Becky Dees attended South Summit High School where she was the 2A Utah State Northern MVP in 1999. She then signed to play at Highland Community College in Kansas. She has a Bachelor's of Psychology from Mesa State University and a Master's of Counseling from Adams State College, Colorado.  Since 2009, she has been a High School Counselor and Head Volleyball Coach at South Summit High School.  In addition, she oversees the South Summit Middle School after school volleyball program.  Becky started coaching for High Country in 2010.
