High Country Volleyball Club|Salt Lake City, Utah

Brittney Bates grew up in Salt Lake City and played Varsity for Highland High School from 1996 – 1999 where they placed first place at state tournament 2 years in a row and third place. She began playing Club for High Country Volleyball in 1994 and finished in 2000. Brittney was signed on to play at Dixie State College in 2000.

Brittney is a certified official in volleyball for recreation leagues, Utah High School Athletic Association, USA, and College teams throughout the Salt Lake valley. Brittney began coaching in 2007 for one of West Jordan’s High School Boys team.  She then instructed private tutoring sessions and summer camps for boys and girls of all ages at Murray City Park Center. 

Brittney spent the past two years with Utah Juniors Volleyball club where she coached a 17's and 16's team in her first year.  This last year she coached a 14's Power team.  This will be her first year coaching with High Country volleyball. She is currently a volunteer coach at Westminster College, always trying to learn new things and improve as a coach.
